PER COURT :- 1.

Second Appeal (St) No. 27302 of 2012 was refused registration by the Registrar (Judicial), vide order dated 9.1.2013. The applicant prays for condonation of 420 days delay and for restoration of the Second Appeal by setting aside the order dated 9.1.2013.

For the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed. Delay of 420 days is condoned, subject to costs of Rs.1000/- to be deposited with the Advocates Association's Bar Library, High Court, Aurangabad within three weeks from today. Order of the Registrar (Judicial) stands set aside with a direction to the applicants to remove all office objections within a period of three weeks from today. On removal of office objections, Second Appeal be registered.

In the event, the above directions are not complied with, this order shall stand recalled and the order of the Registrar (Judicial), subject matter of this Civil Application, shall stand restored. ( RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J. ) ...
