Present application has been filed for bringing the legal representatives of appellant No.3 on record and for condoning the delay of 200 days in filing the said application.

The appellant No.3 expired on 07.05.2019 and it is then stated that after collecting the death certificate, the application has been filed. If we carefully peruse the application, in fact, there is no cogent reason as such for condoning the delay of 200 days, however, the learned Advocate for respondent No.1, who appears to be the contesting party, (1)
