After hearing the matter for some time, now the learned Advocate for respondent No.4 is tendering letter given by the Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Nanded. It is taken on record and marked as Exhibit "A". It is stated that the concerned officer would withdraw the impugned order and take up the course as mentioned in the letter and declare the petitioner as surplus.

In view of the said statement, four weeks time is granted

wp-3407.18 to take the further action by respondent No.4 - Education Officer, by setting aside the impugned order dated 7th October 2017.

In view of these observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
