The applicants, while granting bail, were directed not to enter within the limits of Gangakhed, Dist. Parbhani. They are accused in an offence under Section 302 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code. It is informed that the family of the applicants i.e. wife and children stay at Gangakhed. They are, therefore, required to visit

10-Cri. Appl. No.863 of 2022 Gangakhed to look after them. It has been two years since the condition was imposed. No charge has yet been framed. 3.

For the reasons given in the application, the condition not to enter within the limits of Gangakhed, Dist. Parbhani, is hereby replaced with the condition that the applicant shall mark his presence at Gangakhed City Police Station, once a week, i.e. on every Sunday during evening time between 09.00 a.m. and 10.00 p.m.
