Civil Application No.3527 of 2022 is for bringing on record the legal heirs of respondent no.1, who died on 10-04-2020. In view of the order of the Supreme Court extending the period of limitation during pandemic, the application is in time and it is allowed. The legal heirs are allowed to be brought on record. Necessary amendment to be carried out.

After amendment is carried out, issue notice to the legal heirs of respondent no.1 in the Second Appeal, returnable within six weeks thereafter.

Interim relief granted vide order dated 20-03-2020 in Civil Application No.3618 of 2020 to continue till the next date of hearing.
