The Petitioners have a statutory remedy available before the Debt Recovery Tribunal. The order dated 7th February, 2024 passed by the learned Tribunal in Diary No. 1059/2023 indicates that the Petitioner was permitted to file a fresh securitisation application in case he is aggrieved by the action of the Respondent. The Respondent was ready to accept Rs. 88 Lacs as a 'one time settlement', if paid within 15 days. Since the Petitioners did not do so, the offer is withdrawn.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with liberty as is permissible in law.
