1] Mr. Karlekar, learned AGP submits that the Government Resolution dated 27.9.2012 assailed in the petition is no longer in force, as the same is replaced by fresh Government Resolution dated 18th April, 2013, which states that the Water Shed Committees would be constituted and elected by the Gram Sabha. The term of the petitioners is already over. 2] In view of the fact that the Government Resolution which is assailed, stands superseded by subsequent Government Resolutions dated 18th April, 2013 and 19th August, 2014, the challenge in the present petition does not survive.
