The Petitioner prays that this Court should issue a Writ of Mandamus to the learned Assistant Charity Commissioner, Jalgaon, to decide the Change Report Inquiry No.265/2023, out of turn.

We have said it in many of our orders that, merely because the Petitioner approaches this Court, we should not indulge in issuing a direction that, his proceeding should be decided out of turn, by jumping a long list of pending matters. We are aware of the pendency of the Change Reports inquiries.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. The learned Assistant Charity Commissioner, Jalgaon, would consider the Change Report Inquiry No.265/2023, in queue with all other Change Reports, as per their respective lodging dates. (R. M.
