The applicant - acquiring body has filed this application to bring the legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.1 on record. 3.

Considering the cause assigned and the cause survives to prosecute the appeal against the legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.1, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' and 'C'. Necessary substitution be carried out within two weeks from the date of this order. Mr. Temkar, the learned counsel accepts notice for legal respondent nos. 1A to 1F i.e. legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.1.
