This application is for restoration of the Review Application No. 75/2021, which was dismissed for want of presence of counsel for the applicant.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that only due to inadvertence he could not notice the matter on board and thus has resulted in dismissal of the application.

Application is in time. This indicates inclination of applicant to proceed with case. In the interest of justice and to give opportunity to the applicant to substantiate the case, the application stands allowed. Review application stands restored to its stage at time of dismissal.
