The Expert Committee has recommended termination of pregnancy by medical method with due maternal risk. The risk involved in medical treatment of pregnancy is explained to the petitioner and her husband.

Mrs Almas Abdul Quader, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is informed of the risk involved in termination of pregnancy and the petitioner wants to proceed further with the termination of pregnancy.

In light of the report of the Expert Committee, the petitioner is permitted to terminate the pregnancy at Government recognized Centre. 6.
Writ Petition accordingly is disposed of. No costs. 7.
