After various rounds of hearing in this matter and with the efforts of the learned Advocates for the respective sides, a resolution to the issue, has been reached. In pursuance thereof, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner tenders the affidavit (three pages) of the father of the minor son, dated 24/03/2023. The contents of the affidavit are self explanatory. The same is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.

The learned Advocate representing Respondent No.3/ School submits that, the Petitioner can directly handover the three Demand Drafts to Respondent No.3/School as per the schedule set out in 'X'. The transfer certificate of the minor student, namely, Om Raju Davhare, would be released by 5.00 p.m. on 25/03/2023. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 4.

We hope and trust that the Petitioner would not invite an unpleasant situation by causing a default in depositing the Demand Drafts.

Needless to state, Respondent No.4/School would receive the transfer certificate from the Petitioner, by 28/03/2023 and the student Om Raju Davhare would be permitted to pursue his education in the said School.
