CORAM : RAVINDRA V. GHUGE & S.G. MEHARE, JJ.

DATE :- 08th July, 2021 P er Court : - 1.

After perusing the prayer clauses put forth in the petitions, the learned advocate for the applicants submits that the petitioners are no longer in employment for more than a decade and as the petitions are ripe for final hearing, the prayers in these Civil Applications would not survive for the present. He further adds that in the event, their claims are validated under the judgment of this Court, the employment that they

2.

In view of the above, both these Civil Applications are disposed off. It be noted that if the petitioners succeed and their claims are validated, they would be at liberty to seek consequential benefits in relation to their employment. This issue would then be considered along with the petitions.

List both Writ Petitions for final hearing on 26.08.2021. kps (S.G. MEHARE, J.) (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.)
