Though the petitioners had challenged the order dated 5.11.2013 delivered by the Additional Commissioner, Nasik - respondent No.2 herein, whereby, the order passed by respondent No.3 dated 31.8.2001 was confirmed, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits, on instructions, that the direction of respondent No.2, dated 5.11.2003 and the directions of respondent No.3 dated 31.8.2001 are acceptable to the petitioners and they are willing to follow the directions of respondent No.3 set out in its order dated 31.8.2001. It is, therefore, submitted that by recording this statement, the petition can be disposed off. 2.

Learned Advocate Shri Bhadgaonkar appearing for respondents 9(2) to 9(9) submits that since the petitioner is willing to abide by the directions of respondent No.3 and which have been confirmed by respondent No.2, vide the impugned orders, this petition can be disposed off.
