Mrs. Ansari, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that subsequent to filing of the present contempt petition, on 19th September, 2016, an order is issued by the State for all purposes such as pensionery benefits, time bound promotion, pay-scale, without paying arrears. In view of that, the order dated 01.04.2015 has been complied with, though belatedly. Contempt stands purged. Contempt petition disposed of. No costs.
