Mr Venjane, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that the cheque which is dishonoured is dated 14th October, 2013 and the applicant-accused is ready and willing to deposit the entire amount before the court below.

In view thereof, having regard to the provisions of section 147 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, the matter be referred for mediation before learned court below.
