By the present application, the applicant - appellant is seeking to set aside the order dated 2108-2012 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) thereby deleting the name of respondent no.03.

For the reasons set out in the application,

(Order) (2) C.A. No. 04144 of 2019 the application is hereby allowed. The order dated 21-08-2012 passed by the Registrar is hereby set aside. The name of respondent no.03 is restored to its original position.
