Learned counsel submits that, this Criminal Application was filed on behalf of appellant No.1 Gajanan s/o Ankush Shinde only. However, inadvertently in the cause title and the order, the order refers to "applicants". Therefore, the order dated 28th March 2024 stands corrected, allowing the Criminal Application to the extent of the present applicant Gajanan s/o Ankush Shinde only and accordingly corrected order is passed.
