The applicants-claimants have moved these applications seeking withdrawal of amount deposited by the appellant-acquiring body in view of disposal of appeals on merits. It is submitted that the appeals preferred by the acquiring body have been disposed of by this Court (Coram : N.W.

Sambre, J) vide order dated 11th August, 2015. In view of disposal of appeals, the applicants are entitled to withdraw the amount.

Learned A.G.P. submits that in view of the facts pleaded in the applications and disposal of appeals, the applications may be allowed in terms of prayer clause "B".
