For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, delay caused in moving present application for bringing L.Rs. of appellant - Laxman Shankarrao Mane on record is condoned. The civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses A & B. Amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. If amendment is not carried out within stipulated period, the matter shall stand dismissed without reference to Court.
