By filing the present application, the Applicant is praying for deciding his proposal forwarded by the Respondents to the State Government for approval to take the name of present Applicant on CRT. The learned AGP has not disputed the fact that such proposal is forwarded to the State Government by the department concerned. In the circumstances, the Applicant is fully justified in making a prayer that his proposal should be expeditiously decided. The State Government is, therefore, directed to decide the aforesaid proposal as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from today. Civil application stands disposed of.
