On 04.01.2016, I had passed the following order by taking into account the absence of the Petitioner even on 05.12.2015:- "1 Two learned Advocates have entered their appearance on behalf of the petitioner. None present even at the second call.

On 05.12.2015, this Court had passed the following order:- "1 Even at the second call, none appears for the Petitioner.

The learned Advocate for the Respondent makes a grievance that this matter was specifically kept for a hearing at admission stage. The amount directed to be deposited is also not deposited. He, therefore, prays that this matter be heard today.

Stand over to 15.12.2015. In the event, the Petitioner chooses to remain absent on the next date, further orders will be passed."

As such, stand over to 06.01.2016 for dismissal."

In the light of the above, this Writ Petition, which was posted for dismissal in the light of the continued absence of the Petitioner, is, therefore, dismissed for non prosecution.
