Learned advocates for the appellants and respondents pointed out the notice of executing court, issued by the learned 5th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Solapur under Order XXI Rule 54 of the C.P.C. by which it is communicated to Suryakant Manju Shinde, Ashok Manju Shinde and Sunil Manju Shinde, that they shall not create third party interest by any means and the date fixed for hearing is on 24.12.2025 i.e. tomorrow.

Considering the order passed by this Court on last date, it would be proper to wait till the time granted to the executing court for compliance of the directions. The executing court shall comply the directions as per the time schedule given by this Court, on or before 17.01.2026 and report accordingly. Stand over to 21.01.2026. 3.
