DATE : 25.03.2025 PER COURT :- The petitioner is seeking a writ of mandamus directing respondent No.2 the Hon'ble Minister to decide his revision petition No.112 of 2020 preferred under Section 258 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966, to be decided at the earliest.

The writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit appropriate application before respondent No.2 Minister for taking up the revision petition for early decision. If any such application is preferred, respondent No.2 shall either decide the appeal or decide the application, as expeditiously as possible.
