The present civil application is filed seeking permission to extend term of contract for two months and for issuing E-tender notice for appointment of contractor to prepare the breakfast packets.

We are in the midst of Covid-19 pandemic situation. The applicant shall put a clause in the E-tender notice that the tender period is the outer limit considering the circumstances. The term of contract will be depending upon the situation existing from time to time.

With the aforesaid rider the applicant is permitted to issue E-tender as per resolution dated 27.01.2021. The adhoc committee shall consider the Covid-19 pandemic situation and consider the competitive bid as the breakfast required would be less. Apart from the tender notice, the tender shall also be issued in two (02) widely circulated news papers. 4.

In view of the above, the civil application stands disposed of.
