Learned A.G.P. submits that respondent Nos. 1, 4 and 5 would file written statement/say on 7.3.2016 in R.C.S. No. 57 of 2016 pending before the learned C.J.S.D. Jalgaon.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the application Exh.6 is filed for issuance of order of temporary injunction in the said suit and the same is still pending.

Learned senior counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 makes a statement that till disposal of said temporary injunction application on its own merits, no coercive action will be taken in respect of property of the petitioners.

In view of this statement, writ petition is disposed of with direction to the learned trial court i.e. Civil Judge, Senior Division, Jalgaon to dispose of application Exh.6 filed for grant of temporary injunction, pending in R.C.S. No. 57 of 2016, on or before 31.3.2016. 5.

In view of disposal of writ petition, civil application No. 2665 of 2016 is also disposed of.
