The impugned Government Resolution resolving to change the constitution of Watershed Committee under Watershed Development Projects is assailed.

Subsequent to filing of the Writ Petitions, the Government has come out with new policy vide Resolution dated 18th April 2013. 3.

In view of the subsequent Resolution, the learned Counsel for the petitioners, submits that the relief claimed in the petitions does not survive.

The Writ Petitions are accordingly disposed of. Rule is discharged. No costs.
