Learned Advocate for the applicant seeks to delete the names of respondent nos. 2 to 5 as they were original appellant/ co-accused and no relief is sought against them.

By this application, the accused/original appellant No.4 who has already filed an appeal challenging his conviction i.e. Criminal Appeal No. 360 of 2017, wants file separate appeal in view of Rule 2 of Chapter 32 of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960. Under such circumstance, as he wants to engage advocate of his choice, the application stands allowed and disposed of. 3.
