Mr. Jadhav, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the validation proceeding in respect of Tribe claim of the petitioner is pending. Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 are not accepting the Examination form of the petitioner on the ground that the validity certificate of the petitioner is not yet submitted.

Learned A.G.P. accepts the notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3 and Mr. Bhosale, learned counsel accepts the notice on behalf of respondent No.4.

It appears that the validation proceeding in respect of Tribe claim of the petitioner is pending since February, 2016. Considering the above circumstances, we pass the following order :-

O R D E R

(a) Respondent No.2-Committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of the Tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within eight months from today. The petitioner shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of her Tribe claim.

(b) Respondent Nos.3 and 4 shall not refrain the petitioner from prosecuting further studies

3 WP 3150/17 and from appearing for the examination only on the ground that her validation proceedings are pending.

(c) Respondent Nos.3 and 4 can take further course of action in view of the Judgment delivered by the Committee in the validation proceeding.

(d) Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
