The petitioners impugns judgment and order dated 19.12.2019 passed by learned Deputy Charity Commissioner, Jalgaon in Enquiry Application No.780 of 2019 and also seeks direction to allow Enquiry Application No.780 of 2019.

The petitioners had approached Deputy Charity Commissioner under Section 41-A of Maharashtra Public Trust Act for issuance of directions against respondent to hold election of Trust on the basis of voters list dated 27.10.2003, eventually sought appointment of Election Officer for holding the election. 3.

Learned advocate appearing for respondent filed affidavit in reply and points out that election of Managing Committee of Trust was held on 27.03.2024. The election report was filed at Exhibit-89 before Deputy Charity Commissioner, Jalgaon and accordingly, Change Report No.310 of 2024 is accepted. It is therefore evident that election of Managing Committee is already held and even new
