The applicants have been convicted for the offence punishable under Section 365 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for five (5) years and pay fine of Rs.10,000/- each, in default, to suffer rigorous imprisonment

(( 2 )) P-2-Cri-Apln-871-2022 for one year. The appeal is not likely to come up for hearing in near future. The execution of substantive sentence of imprisonment to stand suspended, pending the appeal. The applicants be released on their executing P. R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand ) each with surety bond each in the like amount. 5.
