Heard the learned counsel for the applicant, the learned A.P.P. for respondent/State.

There were no complaints against the applicant that he violated the bail conditions. The applicant is 28 years old and labour by profession. Considering his fnancial condition, the application deserves to be allowed. Hence, the following order :-

ORDER

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) The condition No.3 in Bail Application No. 997 of 2022 dated 3rd August, 2022 " The applicant shall not enter village Ajintha until conclusion of the trial" stands relaxed. ( S. G. MEHARE ) JUDGE ysk
