The applicants are alleged to have assaulted Shabad Husain Pathan by number of stick blows, whereas, Shabad's injury certificate suggests that he has suffered one injury in the nature of comminuted fracture. Said certificate is issued by a private hospital. Further, there are no medical papers in support of the injuries being

925aba296.23 grievous in nature. The applicants are in the age group of 24 to 27 years. Considering the allegations being general in nature and there being no further supportive evidence suggesting the informant to have suffered grievous injury, the application is allowed in terms of the following order :

ORDER

(a) The application is allowed.

(b) In the event of arrest of the applicants, in connection with Crime No. 55 of 2023 registered with Bhingar Camp Police Station, Tq. & District Ahmednagar for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 149, 326, 324, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, the applicants be released on their executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) each, with one surety each in the like amount on conditions that (i) The applicants shall appear before the investigating officer, as and when required for the investigating purpose.
