Vide order dated 7th October 2025, it was noted that if nobody appears on behalf of the Respondents, this Court shall proceed with the matter in accordance with law.

Mr. K. N. Shermale, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Applicant submits that the proceedings bearing Criminal Miscellaneous Application/D.V. No.146 of 2024 and Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.298 of 2024, Priyanka Akshay Adangale Vs. Akshay Sunil Adangale, pending before the learned J.M.F.C., Sangamner, Taluka Sangamner, District Ahmednagar be transferred to the Court of J.M.F.C. Chalisgaon, Taluka Chalisgaon District Jalgaon. 3.

According to Mr. K. N. Shermale, the Applicant has a fouryear-old son who is dependent upon her and it is very difficult for her

2 of 2 915-APPLN.784.2025 to travel along with the said child without any support. Mr. Shermale, learned Advocate for the Applicant further submits that the Applicant is facing considerable hardship in attending the proceedings before the aforesaid Court.

Since nobody is appearing on behalf of the Respondents, it can be inferred that they are not interested in opposing the present application. Even otherwise, despite having served long back, nobody has appeared or filed Vakalatnama on behalf of Respondents. 5.

In that view of the matter, the application is allowed. The proceedings bearing Criminal Miscellaneous Application/D.V. No.146 of 2024 and Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.298 of 2024 are hereby directed to be transferred to the Court of J.M.F.C. Chalisgaon, District Jalgaon.

Application stands disposed of accordingly.
