[2] I have heard Mr. N.N. Shinde, Advocate for the Applicant in both the Criminal Applications, Mr. V.J. Dixit, Senior counsel i/by Mr. A.N. Nagargoje, Advocate for Respondents - Original accused and Mr. N.B. Patil, Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Maharashtra.

[3] Mr. Shinde, learned counsel has pointed out that, he has right to address to this court in order to point the case of the first informant. Mr. N.N. Shinde, Advocate is permitted to assist the learned Public Prosecutor, also he is allowed to argue the case in support of prosecution. Criminal Applications are allowed and same are disposed of accordingly.
