This application is filed by the petitioners to serve notice on respondent No.50 by way of paper publication. 2.

It is submitted that as per the knowledge of applicants, respondent No.50 is residing on the same address, however, she is deliberately avoiding to accept the notice. Last known address of respondent No.50 has been mentioned in the present proceeding and despite several efforts applicants could not get the other address. Therefore, applicants pray to serve respondent No.50 by way of paper publication in Dainik Lokmat, Local Edition, Kalyan, District Thane.
