Considering the challenge raised to the judgment and award passed by the Tribunal, I am inclined to allow this application for withdrawal of compensation amount with certain conditions. Thus the applicant is permitted to withdraw entire amount of compensation on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
