Mr. Dhakne, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have filed representation with respondent Nos. 3 and 4 with a grievance that their appointments be treated as trained Assistant Teachers from the date of their initial appointments and pay the arrears of their salaries admissible to the Assistant Teacher since their initial appointments. The said representation was sent by speed-post to respondent Nos. 3 and 4. The same is not yet decided.

We have heard the learned A.G.P.

In case the said representation is pending with respondent No. 3, then respondent No. 3 shall take decision upon it on its own merits and in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within six months In case the said representation is not with respondent No. 3, then the petitioners may file fresh representation, which would be decided by respondent No. 3 within six months from the date of receipt of such representation.

With the directions as above, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
