He submits that during pendency of the Revision Application, the Trial proceeded and the Applicant is acquitted by the learned Trial Court and therefore, the Application has become infructuous. He submits that he be allowed to withdraw the Application. 2.

In view of the above submission, the Revision Application stands disposed off as withdrawn.
