Mr. Natu, learned counsel for the Respondents submits that since four days Debts
Recovery Appellate Tribunal ("D.R.A.T.") is functioning at Mumbai, the charge has been given to D.R.A.T. Delhi. The counsel submits that even for today and tomorrow the in-charge Presiding Officer is sitting at D.R.A.T., Mumbai.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for Respondent that in-charge D.R.A.T. is at Delhi and said D.R.A.T. is also taking sitting at Mumbai and since four days was hearing the matters and is there up-to tomorrow, we need not entertain the present Petitions, as even if the D.R.A.T. is not holding the sitting at Mumbai, still the Petitioners can approach the incharge D.R.A.T. 3.
Writ Petitions accordingly disposed of.
No costs.
