In view of the orders passed by this Court, amount that has been deposited in this matter by the Acquiring Body is to the extent of Rs.64,56,949/-. The award has been mainly challenged on the basis of quantum and, therefore, the applicant is allowed to withdraw amount of Rs.30,00,000/- subject to giving undertaking within a period of eight weeks that he would make the said amount good, if directed at the time of final disposal of the appeal. 4.
