The present application is for condonation of delay of 141 days in seeking restoration of Family Court Appeal Stamp No. 22321 of 2023 which was dismissed vide order dated 03.10.2023. Learned counsel for the applicant prays for condonation of delay and restoration of the appeal for the reasons stated in the application. Learned counsel for the respondent opposed the prayers. 2.

For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, delay of 141 days is condoned. The order dated 03.10.2023 is quashed and First Family Court Appeal Stamp No. 22321 of 2023 is restored to its original status.
