By this Civil Application, the applicant/petitioner is seeking restoration of Writ Petition which came to be dismissed for non removal of office objections.

For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C) subject to the applicant/petitioner deposit cost of Rs. 5,000/- to the Chairman, Library Committee, Advocate Association of Bombay High Court at Aurangabad, with further rider that the petitioner shall undertake to remove office objections within a period of two weeks thereafter, failing which this order shall stand recalled.
