Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

The applicant is seeking recalling of order dated 09.02.2023 whereby registration of her Misc.Civil Application was refused for non-removal of office objections. There is also a delay of 12 days in filing this application. The learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to remove all the office objections within two weeks. 3.

In view of the same, order dated 09.02.2023 stands recalled and the Misc.Civil Application is restored for removal of office objections within two weeks subject to deposit of cost of Rs.500/- to be paid to the Library, Advocates Association of High Court, Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad.
