There is an innocuous prayer in the petition, inasmuch as the petitioners are seeking direction to respondent no.2 to consider the representation dated 5th January 2016, filed by the petitioners to respondent no.2, within a stipulated time and communicate the decision thereon to the petitioners as early as possible.

We direct respondent no.2 to take decision on the representation dated 5th January 2016, filed by the petitioners, on its own merits, if already not decided, as expeditiously as possible, however, within a period of four weeks from today and communicate the decision so taken to the petitioner. 4.
With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
