DATE : AUGUST 29, 2023 ORDER :- This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, has been filed for quashment of the FIR, being Crime No.001 of 2022, registered with Bhusawal City Police Station, Dist. Jalgaon, for the offences punishable under Sections 306 and 498-A, 323 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code and the consequential proceedings in R.C.C. No.97 of 2022.

The respondent/informant gives express consent to allow this application. He is present before this Court. The victim (deceased) has also made a statement on 03.01.2022, wherein, she has stated to have had consumed poisonous substance inadvertently.

In view of the above, inspite of there being reservations by learned APP, we allow this application in terms of prayer clause (C), subject to costs of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand), to be deposited by the applicant with the Office of Government Pleader, High Court, Bench at Aurangabad, towards `E-Library'.
