Heard Ms Tanpure, learned Advocate holding for Advocate Mr Gore for the applicants and learned APP for respondent No.2.

According to the applicants, the proceedings pending at 7th Joint Judicial Magistrate First Class, Pune bearing Criminal M.A. No.149/2022 is being sought to be transferred to learned Judicial Judicial Magistrate First Class, Aurangabad. The said proceedings have been filed by respondent No.1 against the applicants, which is arising out of matrimonial discord between them.

Ms Tanpure, learned Advocate for the applicants submits that applicant No.1 is now residing at Aurangabad and it is inconvenient and expensive to her to attend the said proceedings at Pune. She, therefore submits that it would be convenient for applicants if the said proceedings are transferred to Aurangabad. 4.

In view of the above, the instant application is allowed. Proceedings bearing Criminal M.A. No.149/2022, pending before the learned 7th Joint Judicial Magistrate First Class, Pune is hereby transferred to the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Aurangabad. [SUSHIL M. GHODESWAR, J.] sjk
