Learned AGP appearing for the State has placed before us notifications issued by the District Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Jalgaon, declaring the programme for preparation of the voters' list for Pachora, Raver, Yaval and Amalner Agricultural Produce Market Committees. As per the programme declared, 12.06.2015 is the date prescribed for publication of final list of voters. On publication of the
final list of voters, the respondents are duty bound to pursue the programme of elections and complete the process of election in accordance with the Rules 14 (3) of the Maharashtra Agriculture Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Rules of 1967. It is also informed that, so far as Shrirampur Agricultural Produce Market Committee is concerned, the programme for preparation of the voters list would be published on 7.5.2015.

It would be obligatory on the part of the respondents to complete the process of elections in accordance with the Rule 14 (3) of the Agricultural Produce Market Committees Rules. It is directed that elections to the respective Agricultural Produce Market Committee's shall be conducted in accordance with the Rules and the programme commenced with the publication of preliminary list of voters shall not be stalled or suspended and the same shall be concluded. It is also directed that during the continuance of the process of election, the State Government shall not substitute the Administrator, the Government Official who is presently holding the charge of respective Agricultural Produce Market Committee's by appointing a non-official. Since it is informed that process of election is commenced, in exercise of extra ordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the
Constitution of India, we do not propose to cause interference in the Writ Petitions. Writ Petitions stand disposed of in terms of the directions as recorded above. 3.
In view of disposal of writ petitions, pending civil applications do not survive for consideration and stand disposed of.
