Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent/State.

The applicants were on interim protection since 11.03.2022. This Court passed an order on 22.04.2022 directing the applicants to deposit the Rs.7,00,000/- with the trial Court. It was also specifically ordered that failure to deposit the money within time frame, the order granting interim protection would stand vacated. 3.

The learned counsel for the applicants made a statement that the amount of Rs.7,00,000/- has been deposited by the applicants on 13.05.2022 and abided the conditions imposed by the Court. Hence, interim protection may be confirmed.

The learned A.P.P. would submit that the inquiry conducted by the Additional Deputy Accountant is completed. In view of the facts

916-ABA-290-22 (2) of the case, the prosecution has no case for custodial interrogation. Hence, the following order :- i) The application is allowed.

ii) The interim protection granted to the applicants by order dated 11.03.2022 is confirmed on the same terms and conditions of bail bonds.
