The appellant was granted temporary bail by order dated 09.08.2024 in Criminal Application No.3287 of 2024.

It is brought to our notice that the appellant has not surrendered after expiry of the period of temporary bail. The jail authorities also informed us through video-conferencing that the appellant has not surrendered.

Hence, issue non-bailable warrant against the appellant, to be executed by the concerned police station. The In-charge of the concerned police station shall ensure that the warrant is executed on the appellant. After the warrant is executed, the appellant shall be directly lodged to Harsul Central Prison, Chh. Sambhajinagar. Also issue notice to the sureties. Stand over to 03.04.2025.

Criminal Application No.779 of 2025 stands disposed of.
